Clarendon Academy is looking for a skilled DT technician to provide support for teaching and learning in our Design Technology classrooms. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our dedicated team of technicians and be involved in preparing resources and equipment for lessons: hard materials: woods, metals and plastics, as well as maintaining machinery and ordering supplies. Previous experience of working in an educational environment is advantageous because you will need to be able to support students and staff in the workshops. A knowledge of basic engineering and/or mechanics would be highly advantageous, however full training will be given.
Required: ASAP. Working Hours: Part Time (27 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 39 weeks per year including Teacher Training days).
